Collection: MOUSE: ERGONOMIC AT THE END OF A CLICK!

Do you telework on a computer and suffer from wrist, arm or shoulder pain? It is high time to invest in an ergonomic and adapted device!
SOURIS : L'ERGONOMIE AU BOUT DU CLIC !

Why is it better to use an ergonomic mouse when working from home?

Did you know that users who spend a lot of time on their computers move their mouse more than 27 km (17 miles) per year? Prepare for your marathon of scrolling and clicking with the right device. Ergonomic mice fit the shape of your arm and wrist like a glove.

These types of mice are designed to provide a more natural forearm position: and just like a nice hot bath, they release tension so you can stay productive for longer. But how exactly do they work?

1. CONTROL YOUR POSTURE

A mouse that places your arm in a more natural, handshake-like position helps reduce muscle tension. A vertical mouse promotes a more ergonomic posture and, therefore, increased comfort.

2. AVOID ANY PRESSURE ON THE WRIST

When we work at a computer, we put a lot of pressure on the tendons and nerves that run through the lower part of the wrist, which have no protection from the surrounding tissues. This excess pressure can be reduced by placing the hand at a specific angle. The ideal mouse becomes an extension of the arm, allowing you to rest your palm and fingers.

3. REDUCE UNWANTED MUSCLE ACTIVITY

Repetitive movements lead to repeated muscle tension. A well-designed ergonomic mouse reduces movement, and therefore fatigue. A trackball mouse can be a great choice to take the pressure off you. A vertical mouse is another possibility: equipped with optical tracking and a dedicated cursor speed, it guarantees you 4 times less hand movements. If your hand is resting, say goodbye to fatigue and discomfort after a long day of work.
